Refund Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of food, we only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
Incorrect Order: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
Quality Issues: If the food you received is spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unsafe to eat.
Delivery Issues: If your order was not delivered within the promised time frame and is no longer acceptable upon arrival.
Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your account.Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for the following:Items that were delivered as ordered and meet our quality standards.
Orders that were not claimed or picked up at the designated delivery time/location.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled up to 1 hour before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact our customer service to cancel your order. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.
